BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1932 Gunbarrel Road, and 7408, 7410, and 7412 Goodwin Road, being on the southeast line of Gunbarrel Road southwest of Goodwin Road, and the southwest line of Goodwin Road southeast of Gunbarrel Road. Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5, Morris Resubdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 37, page 125, ROHC; being the properties described in deed book 4025, page 711, ROHC, deed book 3756, page 31, ROHC, deed book 3714, page 742, ROHC, and deed book 3674, page 344, ROHC. Tax Map No. 149P-A-1, 2, 2.1, and 3. from R-1 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Subject to dedication of right-of-way as required by City Traffic Engineer. 2. Subject to Development Corridor Standards except sign sections. 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
